Woo-hoo! I finally figured out how to make a SWEET looking fire ball!! I even got all the shadows and highlites in the right places too! Hmm, maybe I should add a ground shadow if I decide to make a print out of this.

the only thing i see missing is the highlights of the fireball color on the character itself... kinda like when you hold a green glowstick next to ya, the colors of that glowstick appear on your skin, the intensity determining how strong the light sourse... and in this situation i would think the fireball would have a light red hue on the fur where it could reach and lightening up farther away from it...
